About ALIV
ALIV is a regenerative wellness clinic offering targeted IV therapies, PRP/PRFM, and autologous cell–based therapies. We focus on prevention, ethical care, and outcomes.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a doctor who learns fast, thinks scientifically, and can counsel patients clearly. You’ll understand ALIV’s therapies deeply, identify what fits each client (based on goals, lifestyle, and lab markers), and coordinate flawless delivery with nursing and front desk—while driving ethical consult-to-therapy conversions and patient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
1) Clinical Learning & Therapy Expertise (Non-negotiable)
- Master ALIV protocols: indications, contraindications, sequencing, dosing logic, expected timelines.
- Interpret lifestyle + lab context: sleep, stress, inflammation markers, metabolic health, recovery capacity.
- Recommend the “right-fit” plan: IV therapies, PRP/PRFM, and autologous cell-based options (as per ALIV-approved protocols).
- Stay updated on current evidence and contribute to protocol improvements.
2) Patient Consultations & Counseling (Clarity + Trust)
- Conduct structured consults: history, lifestyle assessment, diagnostics review, risk stratification, and plan creation.
- Break down complex science in simple language; avoid overwhelming the patient.
- Address FAQs, misconceptions, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
3) Ethical Conversions & Patient Commitment
- Drive consult-to-therapy conversion through clarity and personalization—not pressure.
- Offer tiered options aligned to patient readiness and spending comfort, without making them feel a smaller plan is pointless.
- Work closely with front desk for timely estimates, prerequisites, scheduling, and follow-ups.
4) Clinical Coordination & Execution Readiness
- Ensure nursing is prepared: protocols, dosing, session plan, pre/post instructions, and escalation points.
- Be available during sessions for clinical questions, adverse symptom support, and adjustments.
- Maintain patient journey quality: pre-visit readiness → therapy → aftercare → follow-up.
5) Follow-ups, Outcomes & Continuity
- Review response and outcomes; modify plan if required.
- Ensure follow-ups are logged and completed; intervene when patient drops off.
- Guide next-step plans: maintenance, upgrades, cross-sells when appropriate, and referrals.
6) Quality, Documentation & Safety
- Maintain clear documentation in EMR/CRM: consult notes, therapy plan, labs, contraindications, consent and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and ethical communication standards.
- Participate in internal audits, training, and case discussions.
7) Input to Marketing & Lead Quality Feedback
- Share weekly insights: who converts, who doesn’t, why, and what objections are repeating.
- Ensure marketing messaging and targeting matches real patient fit and clinic realities.
Key Deliverables
- Standard consult structure + patient-friendly explanation templates (FAQs).
- Tiered therapy plan templates for common personas (approved internally).
- Weekly conversion + outcomes summary (simple dashboard).
- Nursing coordination checklist and escalation protocol.
