Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Doctor role located in Pune. The Assistant Doctor will support senior medical professionals in patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning, with a specific focus on Ayurvedic therapies. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed patient records, assisting in clinical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and standards. The role also involves educating patients about Ayurveda-based treatment plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to improved patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of Panchakarma therapies and procedures.

Proficiency in patient consultation, assessment, and monitoring
Knowledge or training in Ayurvedic medicine and related therapies
Effective communication skills for educating patients about treatment options
Ability to maintain detailed medical records and follow clinic protocols
Strong organizational and teamwork skills to work in a multidisciplinary team
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Ayurveda, medicine, or healthcare
Experience in similar roles or training in Ayurvedic practices and therapies is an advantage
Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to providing quality patient care
