Manage and supervise a team of Phlebotomists to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Allocate daily tasks, schedules, and routes to the phlebotomy team
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
Maintain and update operational data, attendance, productivity, and reports on a daily basis
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues
Handle escalations related to operations and field staff
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
Assist in onboarding and training of new phlebotomists
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong team handling and coordination skills
Good knowledge of data management and reporting
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, team handling, or a similar role
Experience In Healthcare, Diagnostics, Or Field Operations Preferred
12th Pass eligible
