Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers across a designated product portfolio. (Depending on the division for which position is vacant)
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that drive market share growth, profitability, and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps and launch plans.
- Oversee the development of effective marketing and promotional campaigns to drive product adoption.
- Manage product budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Manage the product lifecycle from launch to maturity, including post - launch surveillance optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare.
- Brand launches and working closely with the Marketing Head and Division Head
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adaptation.
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment for pharmaceutical marketing.
- Follow the compliance guidelines for the promoting the products to HCP
