About The Opportunity
Healthcare — Ayurvedic outpatient clinics and integrative medicine services operating across Delhi. We run patient-focused OPD centres delivering classical Ayurveda therapies, preventive health programs, and evidence-informed lifestyle medicine for urban populations. Join a fast-paced clinical team serving communities in Lajpat Nagar and Dwarka (Delhi) as an on-site Ayurvedic OPD physician.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OPD consultations using Ayurvedic clinical methods (history, Nadi parikshan, Doshic assessment) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and oversee Ayurvedic medicine regimens and non-pharmacological therapies (Ahara, Vihara, Dinacharya) consistent with clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Deliver and/or supervise Panchakarma and Kaya Chikitsa procedures; triage patients for advanced therapies or referrals when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the clinic EMR, follow-up tracking, and medication records; ensure timely patient follow-ups and outcome monitoring.
- Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling (diet, yoga, daily routines) to support therapeutic goals and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (physiotherapists, dietitians, administrative staff) to deliver coordinated outpatient care and maintain clinic quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- BAMS degree with valid state Ayurveda council registration and current license to practice.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical OPD experience in an Ayurvedic outpatient setting or wellness clinic.
- Proficiency in Panchakarma procedures and Kaya Chikitsa protocols.
- Strong capability in Ayurvedic diagnosis methods (including Nadi parikshan) and Ayurvedic pharmacology.
- Proven experience with clinical documentation and basic EMR/computer skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and working knowledge of English to interact with patients and prepare clinical notes.
Preferred
- Additional certification or training in Panchakarma, Ksharasutra, or Rasashastra.
- Experience working in high-volume urban OPD centres or multi-location clinics.
- Exposure to integrative care models or collaboration with modern medicine practitioners.
