Healthcare Recruiters with a clinical background to join our growing team. This role is ideal for current or former clinicians who want to use their first-hand knowledge of healthcare environments to identify, connect with, and support the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your clinical insight to source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals such as RNs, NPs, or MDs, for primary care roles
- Use your experience to assess candidate fit beyond the resumeunderstanding clinical settings, skill sets, and soft skills
- Utilize multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top-tier talent
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients based on mutual understanding and trust
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring organizations
- Support offer negotiation and onboarding processes with empathy and professionalism
- Stay current on healthcare trends and workforce needs to refine sourcing and matching strategies
- Provide a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Licensed or previously licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, RPN, PT, OT, etc.) with experience in primary care.
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing (formal experience is an asset but not required for highly motivated clinicians)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with digital tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting
- A passion for helping others grow their careers and a desire to positively impact the healthcare workforce
