We work with individuals and companies who care about performance, longevity and real impact. Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact investor KRING, and based in Berlin, aescolab is now scaling its commercial operations across Germany and preparing its European expansion.
As our Founder's Associate (m/f/d) you will work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO Stephan and get hands-on experience building a health-tech company from the inside.

YOUR PROFILE
- Academic background in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field.
- First work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up environment.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive results independently.
- Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Structured and organized work approach, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to contribute to building a company from scratch.
- German language skills are mandatory, very good English language skills as well.
YOUR ROLE
- You will take on strategic projects and initiatives across different functions and act as the CEO's right hand.
- You will play a key role in preparing quarterly board materials, gaining first-hand exposure to investor communication, strategic trade-offs, and company-level decision-making.
- You will involved in upcoming funding rounds and support the fundraising process end-to-end working closely
- You will support and shape the entire B2B sales cycle: from crafting first-touch pitch decks to co-creating tailored proposals and closing materials.
- You will actively drive pipeline conversion, continuously refining our go-to-market approach and scaling our AI-enabled, automated outreach engine.
- You will plan and execute high-impact sales iniatives autonomously.
- You will be in direct contact with decision-makers at leading companies as well as partners across the healthou will be in direct contact with decision-makers at leading companies as well as partners across the healthfitness, and corporate wellbeing ecosystem.
- You will own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, turning data into clear insights that directly inform leadership decisions.
